Absolutely gorgeous food. I tried the steak with pepper sauce one night and the prawns (almost the size of langoustine's) and scallops in the creamy, thyme sauce. Both were fantastic. Hubby had the Turbot, which was cooked perfectly. House Red wine is really good. Friendly service, especially as the guy is rushed off his feet. He's extremely well organised and efficient. Can't wait to return next year!
Update: The restaurant was closed for two years and reopened in 2023. The prices are fair and the options for sitting outside are tempting. Reservations are strongly recommended. The food is still solid but no longer at the level of two years ago. A toast Nicoise was just okay and a store-bought sorbet for dessert isn't the authentic version of good cuisine either.

The restaurant was recommended to us by locals. There is a menu or a la carte. In any case, the boss makes you laugh, not everyone knows puns and charm.
Good quality food well prepared. The servings are too large though, a reduction of 20% by volume would be good. House wine very pleasant, service very efficient. Nice outdoor seating area as well. Pleasant decor, clean and uncluttered. Reservation of your table strongly recommended - particularly weekends and during the summer.
Lovely little restaurant in Quillan. Difficult to get a booking but worth it when you do. Service was great and the food was not at all bad. Enjoy it outside on a warm French summer evening, with a glass of the quality house red. Bon appetit!
Great food and reasonably priced.
Lovely owners and staff, great food. Very popular, so make sure you book your table.
It was the first night so teething troubles. Food was good, good selection of starters and puddings. Didn't like the house wine. Very noisy as it was full. The service was erratic, ok to start but went downhill and by the end of the evening, table not cleared, no one asking if wanted anything else, kept trying to get the bill for 15 minutes. Eventually attracted a waitresses attention....by now the restaurant was only about a quarter full. Once the weather improves and tables outside are available it's a pretty spot. Hope it will improve but will give it a couple of weeks.
Food very good. Waiter is not very welcoming. Outside lighting inadequate. Can't see the bill!
